It is easy to join The Appletree School of Fairfax.
If you have not seen our award-winning school and wish to schedule a visit, please contact us to set up a personalized tour prior to applying. A tour is not needed though you can request one to see our program in action.
If you have already decided to make Appletree your school, our ability to place your child depends upon availability at your desired starting time. Most families enroll on a school year basis for the start of our new year in late August. Depending on when you want to enroll and start your child, the process may differ.
To Enroll Now
If a space is available, you will be given a registration packet and three days to make your decision of acceptance.
If you accept an immediate enrollment opportunity, you will need to turn in all forms, appropriate fees, and supply the child’s proof of identification before your child’s first day. These include:
- Contract
- Licensing Registration Form
- Emergency Card
- Medical Information Form
To Enroll in the Future
If no space is available, you will be asked to submit an application and fee. We will add your child to our waitlist to receive notifications and updates. There is a $75 application fee.
Appletree understands the need to give your child’s current caregiver notice of withdrawal. We will hold your child’s space for up to three weeks until tuition begins to be billed to your account.
