Admission Process


It is easy to join the Appletree School. Although it is not required, most people prefer to schedule a tour and come visit the school in person prior to applying. Once you have decided to make Appletree your school, our ability to offer you a spot depends on our enrollment at the time you would like your child to begin class. Depending on when you want to enroll the process is slightly different:

I Would Like to Enroll Now

If a space is available you will be given a registration packet and a period of three days to make your decision of acceptance.

If you accept the available space, you will need to turn in all forms; Contract, Licensing Registration Form, Emergency Card, Medical Information Form and any applicable fees by the third day.

I Would Like to Enroll in the Future:

If no space is available, we request a fee to be placed on the waitlist to receive current and future mailings. Please call for the current amount for our waitlist fee.

Appletree understands the need to give your child’s current caregiver notice of withdrawal. We will hold your child’s space for up to three weeks until tuition begins to be billed to your account.
