“I love how everyone has found creative fun ways to incorporate the iPads into their individual programs. Appletree is always doing some creative, fun and innovative projects with such small children. You guys are really the gold standard and I’m so glad we have our kids at Appletree!" – Mrs. Gombis, mother of three year old and second grader
Care and Patience
At the start of the New Year a new focus at Appletree is in place. Caring and patience are values that are talked about year round but during January are highlighted more specifically. There are so many ways to show that you care for someone – by lending a listening ear, offering a hug to someone who is sad, taking the time to play with a friend, writing a note to say hello to someone you haven’t seen recently. Captured here is a child who is visiting the doctor who is taking care of the patient during our Community Helpers Unit.
